A journalist falls for a prince in Netflix's cozy A Christmas Prince trilogy. Here's the perfect order to watch the royal romance unfold.

A Christmas Prince is Netflix's beloved holiday-romance trilogy, following aspiring journalist Amber Moore as she goes undercover in the fictional kingdom of Aldovia and falls for the dashing Prince Richard. The films follow the couple from their first meeting through their wedding and into parenthood.

πŸ• Release Order

Release order is essential, as each film continues Amber and Richard's story directly.

  1. A Christmas Prince (2017)
  2. A Christmas Prince: The Royal Wedding (2018)
  3. A Christmas Prince: The Royal Baby (2019)

This is a true trilogy, so story chronology and release order are one and the same.

πŸ“– Story Chronology

Story chronology is identical to release order β€” the three films form a single continuous romance from courtship to royal baby.

  1. A Christmas Prince (2017)
  2. A Christmas Prince: The Royal Wedding (2018)
  3. A Christmas Prince: The Royal Baby (2019)

Which Order Should You Choose?

Just watch in release order, beginning with A Christmas Prince. The trilogy tells one connected story, with each film picking up where the last ended. Pour some cocoa, cue up the first movie, and settle in for a royally festive binge.
